Job Summary We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic modalities. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress notes. Ensure a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Stay updated on best practices in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Current and unrestricted PTA licensure Current CPR certification; TB test/Chest X-ray result.
