The role includes administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily clinical operations while ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with safety and healthcare protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate patient records and EMR documentation Job Requirements Minimum 1 years of LPN experience required Single/Compact state LPN License required BLS certification (American Heart Association only) required
