36 Hours/Week We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an exciting Long-Term Care (LTC) opportunity in Julesburg, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an experienced LPN who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the RN/physician Assist with daily patient care and support individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

Requirements:

Active Colorado LPN License required Minimum 2 years of LTC experience required BLS Certification from AHA required Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Application Question(s): Are you currently working as an LPN-LTC?
