13 weeks (Possible extension)
Hours:
36 hr/wk Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions
Requirements:
1+ years experience of LPN - Nursing Home BLS (AHA) required CO LPN license #NSR02
Pay:
$1,848.00 per hour
