Licensed Practical Nurse 7a-3p

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift . This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our residents in a personal care and memory care setting , supporting both their physical health and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the care team Provide direct nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Support care staff to ensure quality resident care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state regulations Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents Respond to emergencies and follow facility protocols Qualifications Current and valid LPN license in the state of employment Experience in personal care, assisted living, or memory care preferred Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care

Schedule Full-Time Day Shift:
