Job Description:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care /
Skilled Nursing Buffalo Prairie Care Center Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician Provide direct nursing care, including wound care and assistance with daily living activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Promote a positive, resident-centered environment
Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
Shifts Available:
