About Us Retreat 4 Kids is a Texas-based residential treatment program dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care for adolescents (ages 13-17) experiencing substance use and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential Rehab Unit team. The LPN will provide essential medical care, medication administration, health monitoring, and support to adolescent residents in our therapeutic environment. Key Responsibilities Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects. Conduct daily health assessments and monitor vital signs. Assist in managing medical emergencies in collaboration with the RN and Clinical Director. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation per Texas

standards. Provide health education to youth regarding wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and medication adherence. Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and direct care staff to support holistic treatment plans. Ensure compliance with infection control, medication storage, and safety protocols. Qualifications Current Texas LPN license in good standing. Previous experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or substance use disorder treatment preferred. CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment). Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting adolescents in recovery. Schedule & Compensation Full-time or part-time positions available (day, evening, and overnight shifts). Competitive pay based on experience.
