Licensed Practical Nurse -Full Time (Evening Shift)

Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

This position is for full time Evening shift. Monday-Friday, 3P-11P and every other weekend from 7P-7A. Call for more details. We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care in collaboration with registered nurses and physicians. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient well-being, and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Duties:

• Perform nursing procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatment and Catheter care
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any deviations promptly
• Assist in providing care for patients in various settings including Teaching hospitals and Acute care facilities
• Utilize software for accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Collaborate with colleagues in a Clinic environment to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Provide specialized care in areas such as Infectious disease management and Senior care
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and laboratory procedures

Experience:

• Possess a valid LPN license in the state of practice
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
• Prior experience in settings like Long term care is advantageous
• Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
