Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Ville Platte, LA. We provide skilled therapy services to an adult population in a rural health outpatient setting, focusing on restoring function, improving independence, and enhancing quality of life across orthopedic, neurological, and general medical conditions. Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to meet each patient's unique needs. Perform therapeutic procedures such as trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to alleviate pain and improve function. Assist with discharge planning by evaluating patient progress and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care. Provide patient education on injury prevention, mobility exercises, and home health strategies to promote long-term wellness. Document treatment sessions accurately, including progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Support patients across diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and those in outpatient or inpatient settings. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Pay:

$8.00 - $99.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
