Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a 13-week long-term care assignment. June 8, 2026 Requirements Active LVN/LPN license in the state of Missouri or compact state license Current BLS certification preferred Minimum of 1 year of long-term care, skilled nursing, or related nursing experience preferred Strong patient assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Compassionate and resident-focused approach to patient care Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Assist with care planning and implementation of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care Ensure compliance with infection control procedures and safety standards Promote resident dignity, comfort, and overall well-being Support a positive and compassionate care environment for residents and families

Pay:

$32.00 - $36.00 per hour
