Schedule:

06:00 AM•02:30 PM; 07:00 AM•07:30 PM (every 3rd weekend)

Contract Length:

13 weeks

36-40 hours

Pay Rate:

$71/hour Job Overview We are hiring a dedicated LPN with strong experience in long-term care and nursing environments. This role requires compassionate patient care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in a team-focused setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care environment Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care

Schedule & Work Requirements Shifts:

12-hour day shifts

Weekends:

Every other weekend required

Rotations:

Every 3rd weekend includes extended shift (07:00 AM•07:30 PM)

Holidays:

May be required based on schedule Required Qualifications Active Minnesota Nursing License (in hand at submission) BLS Certification (AHA required) Proven experience in Long Term Care / Nursing Strong clinical and patient care skills Additional Requirements Candidates must not have prior permanent employment within certain restricted health systems Must be available for full contract duration Reliable attendance and commitment to schedule required #
