KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Meal Mastermind:

Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage prep and service—from Restaurant to Banquets—using standardized recipes for delicious, picture-perfect dishes.

Cleanliness Captain:

Keep every corner spotless, sanitized, and safe, while slashing waste and boosting efficiency.

Menu & Event Maestro:

Dream up memorable meals and events, guiding the Chef on pricing and setups for wow-worthy banquets.

Operations Overlord:

Lead kitchen staff, manage every outlet, and create show-stopping displays to keep things running smooth.

Trust Champion:

Safeguard sensitive info, cash, and secure areas, all while repping the company with warmth, professionalism, and rock-solid integrity.

Road Warrior:

Hit the road safely for company business, handling every trip with care.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or related field, with an associate's, bachelor's, or culinary degree.

Required certifications:

Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, word processing, and basic technology. Extensive management experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure. Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis. Familiar with hotel operations, functions of each department, and industry trends. Maintains professional relationships and open communication with staff and other departments.
