Position Overview:

GLC Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The LPN will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care in line with individualized care plans. Assist residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely. Monitor vital signs and resident health, documenting changes and reporting concerns. Maintain accurate medical records and care documentation. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Support RNs and physicians in implementing care plans. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required. Participate in shift handoffs and interdisciplinary meetings.
