Private Duty Nursing Service Location:

East Stroudsburg, Pa and Stroudsburg, Pa Immediate Shift Needs:

East Stroudsburg, Pa :

Fridays 6pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10p Monday through Friday 11pm to 7am

Stroudsburg, Pa:

Overnights Thursday 8am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4pm and 10pm to 6am Sunday through Saturday 9:30/10pm to 5:30am/6am

Rate:

Responsibilities:

One to One patient care in home/school environment Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Patient assessments; coordination of care Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:
