Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid and current RN, LPN, CNA, or CMA license or certification Previous experience in school or pediatric nursing preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with state immunization requirements Ability to develop health plans and review medical documentation Excellent communication skills to train office staff and engage with students and families
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance with the State Immunization Report Review student health records for accuracy and completeness Develop and oversee individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs Review medical orders and train district-office staff on safe medication distribution and related health services Manage entry and release processes for Medicaid-reimbursable health services This part-time contract runs from August 24th, 2026, through June 2nd, 2027, for an estimated 68 days (totaling approximately 544 hours).
