Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise as a dedicated school psychologist to a welcoming educational community set in a beautiful rural area near Soldiers Grove, WI. This contract opportunity runs from August 24th, 2026, through June 2nd, 2027, covering approximately 80 days per school year (about 640 hours in total). You'll have the unique benefit of supporting a close-knit student population (under 500 students) all located within a single building, fostering strong relationships and continuity of care.
Essential qualifications and experience:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain school psychologist credentialing Proven skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation within a school setting Familiarity with IEP processes, special education evaluation, and progress monitoring Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative support team Key responsibilities: Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for eligible students Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide data-driven recommendations Deliver direct counseling or intervention services as needed Guide IEP development, implementation, and reviews for students requiring support Promote positive behavioral and mental health practices throughout the building This role offers the advantage of working in a single, rural school building where your contributions will be visible and impactful across all grade levels.
