Licensed Practical Nurse- LPN

Position Summary:

Suwannee Medical Personnel is actively seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN shifts and contract assignments in long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for LPNs who are comfortable working in a fast-paced LTC environment and are looking for flexible scheduling, consistent opportunities, and competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for effectiveness Perform routine assessments and report changes in condition Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams to ensure continuity of care Follow all facility policies, infection control protocols, and safety procedures

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Alabama Current CPR certification Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or skilled nursing experience required Strong clinical skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to different facility workflows Reliable transportation for local assignments
