The Difference You'll Make Provide direct nursing care to assisted living residents in accordance with individualized service plans and physician orders Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness Complete accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed Provide guidance and oversight to non-certified nurse aides to support safe and compassionate care delivery Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life within the assisted living environment Ensure compliance with clinical policies and applicable state and federal regulations Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented approach with residents, families, and staffQualifications:
Education Required:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Ohio Current CPR certification Completion of Ohio requirements for medication administrationExperience Required:
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in senior carePreferred:
