Licensed Real Estate Title Insurance Agent

Licensed Title Insurance Agent Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers and banking professionals.
• Fast paced busy office requiring in depth knowledge of title clearing and helping out fellow amazing teammates.
• Review Files in order to issue clear and marketable title, prepare closing statements, closing documents and necessary affidavits for each property. Retail and Investment.
• Balance and disburse all proceeds.

Schedule and communicate closing dates with all parties quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Title Insurance license in Florida.
• Must have Notary Certification. E Notary Certification is also preferred.
• Familiarity with escrow and banking processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively and troubleshoot.
