Licensed Therapist (Child & Adolescent)
Location:
White Plains, NY Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (10:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality care to children and adolescents (up to age 18).
This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with youth and families, using evidence-based approaches, and collaborating within a supportive, clinician-led environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual and group therapy to children and adolescents Develop and manage individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Utilize measurement-based care to track client progress and outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination and case consultation Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and peer collaboration Support community outreach and engagement initiatives Provide clinical mentorship and oversight to early-career clinicians (as applicable) Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted New York clinical license (LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D, or equivalent) Experience providing therapy to pediatric populations Experience with Parent Management Training (PMT), including parent coaching and education Ability to apply clinical judgment in real-world parent/child scenarios Successful completion of a relevant national licensing exam Experience treating a range of conditions (e.g., anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, behavioral challenges) Strong interest in working with children, adolescents, and families Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering both in-person and telehealth services Exposure to exposure-based interventions and caregiver-focused treatment approaches Prior clinical supervision experience (preferred, not required) Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$73,000
  • $105,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
