Job Description

Licensed Therapist (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT) NRI, Inc. May 12, 2026 We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed therapists to join our outpatient behavioral health team. This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to build or expand their private practice caseload within a supportive and flexible clinical environment. Clinicians in this role will provide outpatient mental health therapy services to a diverse client population. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, completing clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, and maintaining an appropriate and ethical standard of care. Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on licensure and scope of practice
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver ongoing psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated
Ensure adherence to all ethical, legal, and professional standards of care
Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times
Collaborate with other providers, referral sources, and care teams when appropriate
Manage caseload, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and clinical time management
Participate in consultation or supervision as required by licensure level
