Miami Valley Hospital North General Summary/Responsibilities:

​​ The incumbent assists with overall department direction by managing and overseeing the shift operations of the Campus Police department. Plan, develop, and maintain the management programs to the Federal, State, and regional requirements. Directs staff, planning and organizes department alignment with department goals. Takes command responsibilities as directed by the System Chief of Police and Security. ​

Minimum Level of Education Required:

​ Associate degree ​

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Level of Experience Required:

​ 3 - 5 years of job related experience ​ Prior job title or occupational experience: ​ N/A ​ Prior specific functional responsibilities: ​ 3 to 5 years' experience in a Municipal police agency or Sheriff's Department or 7 years in a leadership role with Premier Campus Police Department ​ Preferred experience: ​ n/a ​ Other experience requirements: ​ n/a ​ Knowledge/Skills ​​ Extensive knowledge of techniques of management and leadership. ​
