Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool guests while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise pool activities to prevent accidents
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Provide excellent guest services and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly
• Perform CPR, first aid, and water rescues if necessary
• Conduct pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and checking chemical levels

Requirements:

• Possess current Lifeguard certification including CPR, First Aid, and AED
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues confidently
• Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and remain calm under pressure
