This energetic role offers the opportunity to oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and ensure smooth store functions through effective management, sales strategies, and outstanding service. As a key player in our retail environment, you will foster a positive atmosphere, optimize inventory control, and lead by example to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee shift management to maximize productivity. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees; provide ongoing training & development to strengthen team capabilities. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maintain optimal stock levels. Handle sales management activities including POS operation, cash handling, and retail math calculations for accurate transactions. Implement effective marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost sales performance. Maintain organizational standards through bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative oversight. Qualifications Proven experience as an assistant manager or in a supervisory role within retail environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, merchandising, POS systems, and retail math. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service excellence, and store management best practices. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and managing payroll or budgeting processes.
