Duties Vigilantly monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies using established rescue techniques Enforce facility rules to promote safe swimming practices and maintain order among guests Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate care to injured or distressed individuals Conduct routine beach maintenance tasks such as picking up trash and debris, raking the sane, and checking water quality to ensure optimal conditions Assist guests with lake/park-related questions or concerns, delivering friendly guest services that enhance their experience Perform regular inspections of equipment, safety gear, and surrounding areas to uphold safety standards Support cleaning efforts and maintaining overall cleanliness of the aquatic environment Requirements Proven lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid from a recognized organization or willingness to obtain certification. Successful employees receive reimbursement for certification. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently and efficiently Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed for upkeep or emergency situations Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Physical stamina to stand, walk, or perform rescue activities for extended periods during shifts Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, or evenings as required Minimum 16 years old Embark on a rewarding journey where safety meets service excellence!
