Lifeguard | Woodcroft Club | Certification Provided

Woodcroft Tennis & Swim Club is hiring Lifeguards for the upcoming summer season. We're looking for dependable, observant, and team-oriented individuals who take pride in keeping others safe while contributing to a positive, welcoming pool environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays focused in active settings, and is comfortable taking initiative when it matters most. What You'll Do Monitor the pool and surrounding areas with constant attention to safety Uphold pool rules in a clear, consistent, and respectful manner Act quickly and confidently in emergency situations, following established procedures Provide first aid, CPR, and AED support when needed Complete routine checks of the facility, including basic water testing and reporting concerns Assist with daily setup and closing responsibilities Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool deck and guard areas Interact with members and guests in a friendly, professional way Communicate important updates, incidents, or concerns with the aquatics leadership team Contribute to a team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and support What We're Looking For At least 16 years old Current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Strong awareness and ability to stay attentive for extended periods Good judgment and clear communication skills Comfort working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Schedule & Season This is a seasonal summer position. Shifts may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer flexible scheduling whenever possible.
