About The Rec Room SnoqualmieThe Rec Room Snoqualmie is a new local hangout in the heart of Snoqualmie. We are a casual, family-friendly, quick-service spot pairing great food with local Northwest beer, wine, and champagne. Our space features a dedicated bar, multiple TVs for sports viewing, a multisport simulator, and rooms for private events. We are open Thursday through Monday and closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to help us launch and run a fast-paced kitchen in our quick-service environment. You will prepare menu items to spec, keep your station clean and organized, and work side-by-side with a small team that pitches in wherever needed. If you take pride in consistent, high-quality food and want to be part of building something new from day one, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do Prepare food orders accurately and consistently according to recipes and presentation standards Keep your station fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout each shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to keep tickets moving and guests happy Assist with prep, receiving deliveries, and proper food storage and rotation (FIFO) Support the steward and other team members during busy rushes Help close down the kitchen, including cleaning equipment and resetting the line for the next shiftWhat We're Looking For Prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred, but we will train the right person with a great attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong knife skills and an eye for plating and consistency Team-first mindset willing to step in and help wherever needed Available to work the posted shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events Must be able to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card prior to starting Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.Physical Requirements Able to stand and move on your feet for extended periods Able to lift at least 50 pounds Able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, talk, and hear Able to work around heat, steam, and kitchen equipment Able to maintain a high level of sanitation and cleanliness in your work areaWhy Join Us Locally owned and operated your work makes a real difference Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays so you have two consecutive days off Fun, casual atmosphere with a multisport simulator and sports on the TVs Opportunity to grow with a brand-new restaurant from the ground upTo apply, submit your resume through Indeed.
