LINE COOK
We are currently seeking candidates who are able to commute daily to Provincetown. We are seeking skilled and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you are enthusiastic about food preparation and enjoy working in a collaborative kitchen setting, we would love to have you on board.
Reports to:
Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with recipes and menu specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and regulations Assist in monitoring inventory levels and support supply ordering Maintain kitchen equipment Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as necessary Adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions while maintaining quality and consistency
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus but not mandatory
