Known for our iconic "Ho-Made Pie" stop, we serve guests from around the world in a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen.
The Job:
  • High-volume kitchen (175-seat dining room)
  • Start in prep/support, move up based on performance
  • Opportunity to work multiple stations
  • Ideal for cooks who work well under pressure and stay focused during rushes
Schedule:
  • ~40 hours/week
  • 5 days on / 2 days off
  • Season:
    March
  • October
  • Year-round opportunities for strong performers
