Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sandwich Artists

Job Summary:

Starting Pay for the Store Manager position is between $38,500

• $48,000 per year with chances to earn quarterly bonus's depending on work experience. Starting Pay for the Assistant Manager position is between $14
• 17 per hour plus tips depending on work experience and availability. Starting Pay for Sandwich Artists is between $13
• 15 per hour plus tips depending on work experience and availability.

We are looking for a new Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Sandwich Artists for our Mount Carmel location.

Responsibilities for all postions:

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer orders, following established recipes and portion sizes
• Slice and prepare various meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments
• Assemble sandwiches with accuracy and attention to presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including proper storage of ingredients
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of dining area as needed
• Operate the POS system for order entry and cash handling

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or culinary field preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
• Familiarity with retail math for cash handling purposes
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements and portioning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Managers and Assistant Managers are required to have/obtain upon hire and maintain ServSafe Certification.

Any renewals of ServSafe and first time Certifications are reimbursed during your employement. Other Manager Duties/Expectations will be discussed during the interview/hiring process.
