Job Description

Line Cook South Boston, VA 24592 Full-time Full-time Line Cook The Berry Hill Resort and Conference Center in South Boston, Virginia, is looking to add an experienced line cook to its culinary team! The right candidate will prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. Applicants must have both line and banquet experience and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Additional duties include:
Ensuring proper food handling and storage practices are being met. Assisting in the development and implementation of creative menu items. Ensuring that proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment are met. Must be able to report to work for scheduled shift on time in accordance with company policy and have dependable transportation.
