Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety standards are met Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supply needs Contribute to menu planning discussions by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques Experience Prior experience working in a restaurant or food service environment.
