How You Will Create the Extraordinary Prepare and cook dishes following company recipes and standards Master techniques like deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work Plate and garnish food for individual orders and large functions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station and storage areas Assist teammates and complete prep for the next shift Transport ingredients and supplies as needed Uphold the "Family Style Service" model with every dish and interaction What You Will Need Skills & Experience 3-6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino setting Comfortable using kitchen tools like knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers Able to follow cooking sequences and timing to meet service standards Requirements Must have a current Health Card from SNHD Basic math skills for measurements and portioning Fluent in English for effective communication This is a hands-on role!
