Job Description:

We're currently seeking motivated and reliable cooks with some experience in Mexican cuisine to join our back-of-house team. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, preparing traditional dishes with fresh ingredients while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and consistency. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Assist with prep work and daily kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Some experience cooking Mexican food or in a similar kitchen role preferred Strong work ethic and team-player attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
