This role includes a mix of prep and line shifts, depending on scheduling and business needs. Prep shifts involve washing, chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards. Line cook shifts involve cooking menu items during service, maintaining quality and consistency, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Hours are flexible, with full-time positions available. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Spanish language skills are highly needed to support clear communication within the kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing ingredients and basic food items Working on the line during service as scheduled Following recipes, food safety, and sanitation guidelines Keeping prep and line areas clean and organized Assisting other kitchen staff as needed

Qualifications:

Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Spanish language skills strongly preferred
