Line Cooks

Matunuck Atelier is hiring year round Line Cooks & Prep Cooks for our new restaurant, Atelier, located in Wakefield RI. All interviews will be conducted at 151 Old Tower Hill Rd, Wakefield RI. Full and part-time position available with shifts to include early mornings, evenings, weekends. Experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities and Requirements ; Prepare meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods as determined by recipe, technique and procedure; measure and mix ingredients according to recipes; restocking ingredients at stations, ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products; maintain a clean work area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves, have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation; positive attitude and ability to multi task in a fast past paced environment.
