Job Summary:

We are seeking a Physical Therapist at South County Home Health. This role works on a multidisciplinary team with patients in the home environment. Staff use our electronic health record system Netsmart, formerly Allscripts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid and active Rhode Island license The physical ability to lift, position and exercise patients Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association Valid driver's license Auto liability insurance for bodily injury in the amount of $100,000-$300,000 Pay starting at : $41.27/hr
