Line Operator Job Description Join our team as a Line Operator and be a crucial part of the production process in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for operating machinery that produces tire additives, ensuring quality checks are conducted, and preparing products for shipment. Responsibilities Operate a machine that produces tire additives into bottles. Perform quality checks on finished products. Pack finished bottles into totes and crates for shipping. Load and unload machines efficiently. Lift totes weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively. Troubleshoot minor malfunctions with the machine. Perform visual inspections of bottles on the conveyor. Essential Skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. 1+ years of manufacturing experience. Comfortable with repetitive tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with production, assembly, and general labor. Familiarity with packaging, loading, and unloading processes. Knowledge of labeling, production line operations, and hand tools. Forklift experience is beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a typical manufacturing facility that houses several machines and conveyors. The environment is neat, organized, and conducive to efficient production processes. You will be part of a team working on the 1st shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
