Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service or culinary role.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
