We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and serving, but we are also open to individuals with the right personality and work ethic. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing typical opening and closing duties, and handling side work. This role offers a competitive salary, with additional incentives for outstanding performance and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Manage cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar
• Complete side work such as restocking supplies, cleaning, and organizing
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications :

• Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age
