• Top trial boutique law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a temporary assignment supporting attorneys in their San Francisco, CA offices.

In this role, you will work full-time Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and earn $40 to $50 per hour, depending on your experience. This opportunity offers the potential for full-time conversion, a hybrid schedule, and overtime opportunities for the right candidate. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for: Reviewing, organizing, and indexing case materials, including pleadings, communications, and document productions. Preparing and assembling materials for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial, including exhibit lists. Assisting with declarations, notices, and discovery requests. Reviewing and cite checking filings while organizing supporting exhibits. Managing document reviews, searches, tags, folders, productions, and tracking. Preparing for and assisting with mediations, arbitrations, and trials. To qualify for this Litigation Paralegal position, you must have a minimum of five (5) years of litigation paralegal experience and: Prior cite checking experience. Proficiency with e-discovery tools. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Relativity, LiveNote, Lexis/Nexis, Westlaw, PACER, and other electronic databases. A bachelor's degree. §6450 compliance preferred.
