Live-In Caregiver / DSP

Job Summary Clarity Care Homes is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a family-style residential setting. This is a full-time live-in position that includes: FREE private bedroom Utilities included FREE Wi-Fi Semi-private staff bathroom Stable full-time schedule Supportive management team We are looking for someone who is calm, respectful, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured family-home environment. PM Sunday:

9:00 AM•5:00 PM No overnight caregiving shifts required. As this is a live-in position, staff are expected to return to the residence by 5:00 PM on off-duty days unless prior arrangements have been approved by management. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living Medication assistance/documentation Maintain a clean and safe environment Support positive routines and healthy living skills Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with transportation and community outings as needed Follow Oregon caregiving and confidentiality standards Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Caregiving, DSP, or healthcare experience Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable attendance and professionalism Ability to work independently and as part of a team We are willing to train the right candidate.
