Live-In Assistant / House Manager Needed - Westport, Connecticut. Thursday-Sunday | $100,000-$110,000 DOE + Health Insurance Stipend A warm, caring, and respectful family in Westport, Connecticut is seeking an experienced live-in Assistant / House Manager to join their household long term. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and nurturing candidate who enjoys balancing childcare, household support, and family assistant responsibilities in a fully engaged family environment. The family has two children, ages 3 and 6 years old, and is hoping to find someone committed to growing with their family for many years to come. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, patient with high-energy children, and genuinely enjoys creating structure and helping a busy household run smoothly. This role requires someone who is hands-on, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before being asked. The family values honesty, integrity, professionalism, and reliability above all else.

Schedule:

• Thursday-Sunday
• Approximately 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Two longer split-shift days:
• 6:30 AM-11:30 AM
• Midday break
• Return for afternoon/evening coverage
• Other workdays have shorter schedules
• Flexibility required for occasional additional hours and domestic travel (additional compensation provided when applicable)

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with all aspects of childcare for two children, ages 3 and 6
• Driving children to and from school, activities, and appointments using the family vehicle
• Administering medication for the younger child's minor medical needs
• Household organization, including children's closets, toys, and common areas
• Family laundry
• Light housekeeping and household upkeep (no heavy deep cleaning)
• Assisting with household management and day-to-day family support
• Helping maintain routines, schedules, and overall household flow
• Supporting a calm, organized, and positive home environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000-$110,000 annually DOE
• Health insurance stipend offered after 90 days of employment
