Live-In Nanny / House Manager - Westport, CT (Monday-Friday) A relaxed, kind, and easygoing family in Westport is seeking a live-in nanny/house manager to support their home and care for their two children, ages 7 and 3. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys a balanced role —supporting the household during the day and being present, warm, and engaged with the children before and after school. Schedule Monday-Friday (live-in) Full-time position Responsibilities Childcare (priority before and after school): Parents will often care for children by themselves in the morning. Assisting with morning routines and getting children ready for the day School drop-off and pick-up Supporting after-school routines and activities Creating a warm, engaging, and structured environment for the children Assist in the daily dinner/bath/bedtime routine Household Support (during school hours): Cleaning and maintaining the home Laundry, dishes, and general tidying Organizing and keeping systems in place Running errands as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of childcare experience, preferrably as a live in nanny 2+ years of housekeeping or house management experience preferred Must have valid driver's license and be a confident driver Speak conversational English Ideal Candidate Warm, positive, and naturally engaging with children Organized and able to keep a home running smoothly Proactive and takes initiative Comfortable balancing childcare and household responsibilities Looking for a long-term position with a kind, low-pressure family Additional Details Minimal travel required Parents are calm, respectful, and easy to work with Children are school-aged and in a consistent routine Compensation & Benefits $28-$32/hour based on skills and experience Paid vacation, holidays, and PTO Live-in accommodations provided Start Date As soon as the right candidate is found
