This opportunity is ideal for professional caregivers who value flexibility, independence, and the ability to determine their own hourly pay rates. Position Overview

• Live-in caregiving assignments
• Schedule rotation: o 3 consecutive 24-hour live-in days on o 3 days off o Plus 1 additional 24-hour shift
• Provide companionship and non-medical assistance to seniors
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, mobility assistance, reminders, and supportive care
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and compassionate care standards Independent Caregiver Requirements Applicants must:
• Have a minimum of 5 years professional caregiving experience
• Be willing to reside in the client's home during scheduled live-in shifts
• Be self-directed, dependable, and able to work independently
• Provide proof of completion of all required Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) training
• Provide proof of 12 hours of annual IDPH-required Dementia Care training
• Successfully pass and provide: o Annual National Background Check o Drug screening with zero evidence of illegal or non-prescribed drugs in the system
• Maintain professional references
