Manage social media accounts by creating content schedules, posting updates, and monitoring engagement metrics. Collect data on viewer preferences, feedback, and engagement patterns to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing viewer inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilize public speaking skills to deliver compelling presentations during live broadcasts and virtual events. Experience Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable for understanding audience needs. Proven ability in social media management or digital content creation with a strong grasp of branding principles. Experience in sales or product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits to diverse audiences. Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling communication with broader demographics. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences through public speaking and storytelling. Familiarity with event marketing strategies and data collection techniques to optimize outreach efforts.
