Company Overview Lakeshore Little People's Place (LLPP) is a vibrant Christian non-profit childcare and preschool dedicated to nurturing young learners in the Hamilton area. Offering full day programs for children from 6 weeks through preschool, LLPP fosters a caring environment that promotes growth, learning, and faith-based values. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Lead Teacher to join our team at LLPP. In this pivotal role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and support the professional growth of fellow educators. Your passion for teaching and expertise in childcare and early childhood education will inspire young minds while ensuring high-quality educational experiences aligned with our mission. Responsibilities Lead classroom instruction, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for children of various ages. Develop and implement lesson plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure curriculum development aligns with educational standards and faith-based values. Communicate clearly with parents, staff, and community partners to support children's growth and address individual needs. Qualifications Proven classroom experience with a strong background in teaching early childhood. Strong project management skills to coordinate and manage classroom and team members.
