Responsibilities Lead classroom instruction, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for children of various ages. Develop and implement lesson plans. Collaborate with team members to ensure curriculum development aligns with educational standards and faith-based values. Communicate clearly with parents, staff, and community partners to support children's growth and address individual needs. Qualifications Proven classroom experience with a strong background in teaching early childhood. Strong project management skills to coordinate and manage classroom and team members.
