Loader and Driver

Loader and Driver We are looking for a self motivated, high energy, qualified individual to join our expanding team.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to be the first point of contact for customers; the way this individual greets customers in the yard and should make a positive impression on customers about the business. Loader/Driver will unload semi- trucks, load customers, organize and arrange yard, assists with inventory, perform deliveries, assist in installations, educate customers on products, and complete sales. Knowledge of livestock is helpful but not required.

Skills and Requirements:

Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent Adept at Operating Forklift, Tractor, and Or Loader Customer Service Skills Ability to Drive Truck and Trailer (gooseneck) Ability to Regularly and Comfortably Lift Over 100lbs

Aesthetically Pleasing Appearance of Sale Lot Compensation and Benefits:

$600-750 / Week pay (pre tax) Expected to work all open business hours weekly 8:30- 6 Tuesday-Friday and 9:30-3:30 Saturday. Some deliveries may go long or result in occasional over night stays. Guaranteed weekly salary. Average weekly hours of appox. 43-46 Opportunity to Grow Leadership Skills.
