Duties Safely operate a tractor-trailer within local routes Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to guarantee vehicle safety and compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations Navigate assigned routes confidently, adhering to schedules while maintaining safety standards on the road Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and route adjustments as needed Maintain detailed logs (electronic) of driving hours, load details, inspections, and delivery documentation in accordance with company policies Skills Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record Proven truck driving experience with knowledge of route driving and delivery operations Strong understanding of safety protocols related to commercial driving Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and customers Embark on a career that combines your passion for driving with the opportunity to make an impact every day.
