Local Class A Driver - PM shift

Overview ReConserve of Minnesota is looking for an afternoon/evening local full-time Class A driver. This position is responsible for driving company owned vehicles to local bakeries, picking up bakery waste to be processed into livestock feed. We utilize multiple trailer types including roll off's, end dumps, walking floor and container trailers. The bakery waste is unloaded into our manufacturing plant where it is converted into livestock feed. Responsibilities Operate various types of commercial vehicles, including dry van, end dumps, roll-off, container trailers, and tankers. Navigate assigned routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery of goods. Load and unload cargo safely and securely. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. 3 years of safe driving experience. Familiarity with operating roll-off truck, end dump, and tanker vehicles is preferred. Must be comfortable with a drug screen and criminal background check.
